How long do orders usually take to ship? As soon as you make your ZEVA purchase, our team members immediately begin to processes, package and ship your order to get your products delivered asap. All orders, Standard or Expedited, are shipped with 1-2 days. Once shipped, Standard shipments can take as little as 2 days, and in some cases, as many as 8 days. Expedited shipments usually take 2-3 days from the shipment date. All shipping options are available at checkout.
What mail carriers do you ship with? We ship primarily USPS - to all locations within the United States. Wholesale orders, depending on size and speed my be shipped USPS, FedEx or UPS.
Satisfaction Guarantee/Returns Policy: Cosmetics are a very personal purchase. We understand. All ZEVA products are painstakingly designed, thoroughly tested and unconditionally guaranteed to perform as stated. If you are not completely satisfied with any ZEVA product purchased from our website, just return the unused portion, within 45 days of purchase, for a full refund. Email us at customerservice@zevanails.com, or give us a call. We will be happy to help you get the results you were expecting, or provide you with a return authorization number for your return. We do our best to take the risk out of ordering. And, we will always do our best to take care of you. We will do everything possible to make your interaction with us pleasurable and risk-free.
Shipping Errors: Our team checks (and double-checks) each order, before shipping. That said, we’re human and sometimes mistakes happen. If we have made an error, we are very sorry for any inconvenience we have caused. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Damaged Items: As you will see, we go to great lengths to package your order so it arrives in perfect condition. If there has been any damage to the carton, or the items within, please retain the shipping carton and all packaging materials. Notify us within 7 days so we can contact the carrier and arrange for replacement items to be sent. We will let you know if you need to return the damaged items.
